BMD Constructions offers civil and industrial construction services for major infrastructure projects throughout Australia. Expertise, experience and resources are applied across transport, water, resources and energy projects as a sole principal contractor or in joint venture with other major contractor and design partners.
Our capabilities include the provision of specialist civil and building services to the urban development industry. The company draws on over 30 years of experience from within the BMD Group and utilises management systems, delivery methodologies and a relationship based approach that is specifically tailored to the needs of this industry. Integrated services can be offered in partnership with BMD Urban, BMD Consulting, JMac Constructions and Urbex to achieve seamless and cost effective project delivery.
BMD Constructions Industrial division is managed by a group of highly experienced industry executives who assemble professional projects teams to deliver structural, mechanical, piping and electrical solutions for a diverse range of clients and industries.
BMD Constructions Management System has the structure, depth and flexibility to guide the successful delivery of the most complex projects.
BMD Constructions maintains third party certification of its integrated quality, safety and environmental management system. The company was one of the first to obtain accreditation with the Office of the Federal Safety Commissioner in January 2007 and was re-accredited in 2013 through to 2016.
Our environmental management performance has also been recognised through multiple industry awards for Environmental and Construction Excellence.
In early 2012, BMD established a goal of Zero Harm across the entire organisation promoting continual improvement of health, safety, environment and quality management. We did this because we care.
Through our Zero Harm goal we aim to ensure that each and every person who comes into contact with our business remains safe and in good health whilst in our care.

- Award of the 2012 EMCC Position Partners Occupational Health and Safety Award for the M80 Ring Road Upgrade project;
- 250,000 hrs LTI free at the Hay Point project; and
- 100,000 hrs LTI free at the APLNG MOF project.
