BMD Wins CCF Earth Award

9 September 2011 - BMD Constructions last week won the Category 3 - $5m to $20m award in the ACT for the Cohen Street Extension and Belconnen Bus Interchange Demolition which involved demolition and construction of a new public bus way interchange.

The Category 3 award recognises exceptional construction techniques, environmental management and overall project management.

Amongst other achievements, the team executed initiatives that absorbed 125 days in delays to achieve the original contract completion date and asphalted a local church car park to help raise $1,000 for a community charity.
