Our experience across the design, construction and commissioning of retail, civic, commercial, industrial, hospitality and education projects enables us to offer a high standard of service and expertise to clients from many industry sectors. 

Established in 2008, the BMD Constructions building division is continuing to grow nationally and provides professional project management teams and infrastructure to cost, program, administer and supervise projects from feasibility through to completion.

Our building management team have worked together for over 15 years and have been responsible for the delivery of prestigious and iconic projects throughout South Australia, including 5-star hotels, residential apartment buildings, university refurbishment projects, hospital upgrades, and a range of health and  medical science buildings.

Through the wider capabilities of the BMD Group, we offer a wide range of industry expertise that enables us to provide clients with 'concept-to-completion' solutions. Our initial involvement from the design development results in value-added building solutions and the most cost effective outcome possible.
