Terry is one of BMD's longest serving employees and is an authority on the BMD way of doing things.  Terry displays 'Metson-like' selflessness in promoting the best interests of the organisation as a whole and in mentoring and supporting BMD people.  Across the spectrum of staff, clients, owner-operators, suppliers and subcontractors, many people will testify to his loyalty, integrity and client focus. 

Terry applies a well proven formula that blends just the right amount of business and social endeavour to realise a result for everyone that can be enjoyed to the last drop.  Terry's support of a growing estimating team has positioned BMD Constructions to respond to the needs of our existing clients and to new opportunities.
