With more than 35 years of industry experience, Paul is the godfather of BMD Constructions. He has virtually done it all, or at least he's done most of it, and retains his enthusiasm for continued learning and involvement. His collaborative, unambiguous, "let's get to the point" approach has earned him the respect of his colleagues, contemporaries and of the numerous up and coming engineers and trainees that he guides and directs.
