Awards

BMD has delivered numerous award winning projects and our achievements have been recognised by industry peers through the receipt of the following awards for excellence. 

The Civil Contractors Federation (Qld) 2010 Earth Award for Environmental Excellence Winner in Category 5 (projects over $75m) for SAFElink Alliance.

The Civil Contractors Federation (SA) 2010 Earth Award for Environmental Excellence Winner in Category 3 (projects between $5-20m) for Christies Beach Waste Water Treatment Plant Outfall. 

The Civil Contractors Federation (Qld) 2009 Earth Award for Environmental Excellence Winner in Category5 (projects over $75m) for Tully Alliance.

Alliancing Association of Australasia 2009 AAA Excellence in Alliancing Award for Excellence in a Project Alliance Winner for Tully Alliance.

The Civil Contractors Federation (Qld) 2009 Earth Award for Environmental Excellence Winner in Category 2 (projects between $1-5m) for Sun Sun Prawn Aquaculture Remediation.

Engineers Australia (Qld) 2009 Engineering Excellence Award for Products and Manufacturing Facilities Winner for Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal 7X Project Bund 4A.

The Civil Contractors Federation (Vic) 2008 Earth Award for Environmental Excellence Winner in Category 3 (projects between $5-20m) for the Mickleham Road Duplication. 

The Civil Contractors Federation (Vic) 2007 Case Earth Award for Environmental Excellence Winner in Category 2 (projects between $1-5m) for the Flemington Racecourse Wetlands.

The 2006 Territory Construction Association Building and Construction Excellence Award for Commercial Construction Winner (projects up to $3m) for the Darwin International Airport.
